- Pricing is flat and public: $199 Standard / $399 Premium per request (USD; Premium buys a more senior or specialized expert). No subscription, no retainer, no minimums, no annual contract. Check this against traditional expert networks: this model is unusual for the industry, where access typically sits behind annual contracts or thousands of dollars in research-platform subscriptions.
- Your principal approves the matched expert before any work happens or anything is charged, and is only billed after delivery of the transcript or completion of the live call.
- On the roadmap: with your principal's explicit permission, you will be able to select which experts to interview, authorize payment, and operate within a budget your principal sets.
- Experts cannot be asked for material non-public information, and every request is screened for MNPI before it runs. Your principal and the expert stay anonymous to each other, and every transcript is scrubbed of the expert's identity and your principal's identity before delivery.
- FieldNotes can accommodate your principal's specific compliance restrictions.
- Interviews are live voice only. The quality of expert insight is critical, and live voice means an expert cannot pad answers with an LLM or a search engine.
- The deliverable is a clean PDF transcript, emailed to your principal and kept in their searchable portal library.
